"Just a note to let you know about the exceptional job one of your agents, Cheryl Hutchinson, has done for my husband and myself. A year and a half ago we listed our house with another agent from another company who shall remain nameless. Our brochure box was always empty and there was no follow up on showings. When someone came to look at our house, we never heard if they liked it or didn't. We were left wondering. At the end of our listing contract, we signed with another company. What seemed important to them was getting our listing, not actually selling our home. If I called the "team of agents" that was supposed to be working for us, it would be days before I got a call back. Then that listing expired.

We never had an agent work harder. Even during slow holiday times, shefound buyers to look at our house. She followed up every showing. She showed the house herself too. One time, Cheryl was meeting a buyer at our house and the house wasn't ready. it was a bit messy. She picked up a broom and pitched in. Now SOMEBODY FIND ANOTHER AGENT LIKE THAT! This girl is one of a kind. Another thing we liked about her was her honesty. She told us what people liked and disliked about our house. If she follow up on showings, we would never know.

"My name is Carol Sikes and I was selling my home. Cheryl Hutchinson was my Realtor and I wanted to tell you that she was truly wonderful! I have sold two homes in the past and both of those experiences were pretty unpleasant. Cheryl sold my home is less than a month for the original asking price. I'm not sure how she did it, but she was wonderful.
When she first started as my agent, she told me everything to do to get my house ready before it went on the market. I thought it was amazing how many showings I got. She kept me informed all the time. Her marketing strategy was the best. At least twice as many came to see my home than in the seven months my other house was on the market. Wish I had knwon Cheryl then.
When my house went under contract, she took care of basically everything.
